Welcome to Azzo, an advanced application developed by Azzo Team. Before accessing and using our application, it is crucial that you carefully review and understand the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. By using Azzo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the provisions herein.
This User Agreement establishes the rights and responsibilities between you, the user of Azzo, and Azzo Team, the developer and operator of the application. · Posting or sharing content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal.
· Interfering with the normal operation or security of Azzo.
· Harassing, spamming, or otherwise bothering other users.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any intellectual property within Azzo, such as copyrighted works or trademarks, without the proper authorization of the owners.

7.1 Action by Azzo Team
If we find that you have violated this User Agreement or engaged in illegal activities, Azzo Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
7.2 User Termination
You can stop using Azzo at any time by uninstalling the application. However, any obligations you had before closing your account will still apply.
Azzo Team does not make any warranties regarding the performance, functionality, or security of Azzo. We will not be liable for any damages or losses that you may suffer as a result of using or being unable to use the application.
By using Azzo, you agree to indemnify and hold Azzo Team, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
· Your use of Azzo.
· Your breach of this User Agreement.
· Any content you submit through Azzo.
· Your violation of laws and regulations.
This indemnification obligation will continue even after the end of this agreement or your use of Azzo.
Azzo Team has the right to modify, update, or replace this User Agreement at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the start of the document. It is your responsibility to review the agreement regularly.
· If you continue to use Azzo after the changes, you are considered to have accepted the new terms.
· If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using Azzo immediately.
This User Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Azzo Team is based, without considering conflict of law rules.
· Any legal disputes related to your use of Azzo shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in that jurisdiction.
· You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objections to them.
